Navigating Wellness: Well Mama
The Well Mama Module was created in collaboration with the Chicago Public Library as a patient navigation tool to provide reliable information on maternal health.
Given the increase in maternal mortality (MM) and severe maternal morbidity (SMM) for some of our high-risk populations, the Well Mama module leverages our team’s library-academic research partnerships and our expertise addressing maternal health disparities to focus on 8 (eight) priority topic areas.

NAVIGATING WELLNESS
The Navigating Wellness tool empowers library patrons to consume health information and utilize preventive health services, while equipping librarians with tools to support preventative health information seeking within public libraries.
